Questions, cancels, refunds

Add 8 oz tubs on the menu (or a gift/party tray), then check out. No account needed. Enter your name, phone, and email, then pick a Thursday or Sunday window between 10:00am and 6:00pm. Pay with a card or Apple Pay. A 4.652% card surcharge is added on candy. I’ll meet you at the front door — the street address is on your confirmation after you pay. Stripe emails a receipt with that address when a card is charged. Sign in only if you want points.

Chamoy Covered Candy — peach rings, watermelon rings, gushers, gummy bears, gummy worms, or sour belts, each with Dulce Delight or Spicy Splash. Enchilados come chili-lime dusted. Mix and match: $8 a tub, two for $15. Gift trays are 4 tubs for $28. Party trays are 8 tubs for $55.

Thursdays and Sundays, 10:00am–6:00pm, in half-hour windows. Each window holds five pickups in Muscatine. The street address is on your order confirmation. Bring your order code.

Gummies use gelatin. Chamoy is mango, tamarind, salt, and chile. Enchilados are chili-lime fruit chews. This kitchen is not allergen-free. Spicy Splash is hot. Email before you order if you have a serious allergy.

Email the shop with your order code before your pickup window. If the order is still confirmed or marked ready, it can be canceled and the slot opens back up. Once a pickup is completed, it cannot be canceled.

Canceled orders are refunded to the same card or Apple Pay used at checkout. Refunds usually show up in a few business days. If you already picked up, email the shop and we will look at it case by case.

Every dollar you spend is 1 point. Hit 80 points and you can redeem a free 8 oz tub — any chamoy candy and flavor, or Enchilados. Refunds take those points back. The free tub does not earn more points.

After I mark your pickup completed, open that order under My orders. Rate 1–5 stars and write a short note. It shows on the Reviews page with your first name and last initial.

Open My orders for the code, time, and what is in the tubs. For anything else, send an email with that order code so it is easy to find.
